Ken’s STORY
Ken’s story starts in the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana where he was born. After much struggle and dealing with a lot of loss, he ended up in the streets. He has been working to get off the streets “on & off” for over 20 years, but it has been difficult for him. Please pray for him and Deep Love as he continues his journey and we work with him to find him work and try to get him permanently off the streets.
vince’s STORY
After finding out he was going to be a father at an early age and already being involved in a life of crime, Vince turned to what he knew best to provide for his little one and his son’s mom. We met Vince in a state of tiredness and weariness, but genuine hunger to know if there was more to life than selling drugs and his life "of constant disappointment”. One of our volunteers and leaders, Steve, ministered to Vince for almost an hour, which led to Vince submitting his life to Christ and receiving Him as his redeemer and Lord of his life.
paul’s story
Paul, or better known as the “The Apostle of Fort Worth”, is a man that loves the Lord, but through much pain and loss he’s had in his life, he ended up on the streets of Fort Worth a few years ago. He works odd jobs to makes ends meet, but without a doubt believes he is where he is because the Lord has him as a messenger of the Gospel for those on the streets.
